Terms & Conditions
By booking a Project Accelerator with Happybeams Interiors, you are confirming that you agree to the Terms & Conditions stated below:

When booking a Project Accelerator with Happybeams Interiors, you will receive an invoice for £550 which needs to be paid in full upfront and is non-refundable.

Your 45mins kick off call can be booked on Tuesday-Thursday from 10am until 3pm. You will receive a link to book a time to suit you.

The call must be booked within 2 weeks of receiving your invitation to book, but can be scheduled for up to 2 months time.

Once you have booked your call, you will receive all details for the package along with a Project Accelerator Welcome Guide.

Within 24-72 hours after you have booked, you will also receive a link to your Project Accelerator Questionnaire.

We will discuss your design direction and requirements in your kick off call, and ensure you have provided all the relevant information in your questionnaire to enable us to create your moodboard & action plan.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have sent over your floorplan, photos/videos of your space, and any inspirational images before Happybeams start work on your designs.

If you need to reschedule our call together, please give at least 24 hours notice. You have one free reschedule available. Please note further rescheduling would require a new invoice.

Following your Project Accelerator kick off call you will receive your design documents within 5 working days.

This package does not include any revisions, but if you would like to discuss your design in more detail you are able to book a Consultation Call at a discounted rate of £250.

By booking a Consultation Call with Happybeams Interiors, you are confirming that you agree to the Terms & Conditions stated below:

When booking a Consultation Call with Happybeams Interiors, you will receive an invoice for £300 which needs to be paid in full upfront and is non-refundable.

Your 90mins call can be booked on Tuesday-Thursday from 10am until 3pm. You will receive a link to book a time to suit you.

The call must be booked within 2 weeks of receiving your invitation to book, but can be scheduled for up to 2 months time.

Once you have booked your call, you will receive all details for the session along with a Consultation Call Welcome Guide to ensure we can make the most of our time together.

Within 24-72 hours after you have booked, you will also receive a link to your Consultation Call Questionnaire.

The focus of our call together will be determined by your answers within your Consultation Call Questionnaire. Please ensure you complete this at least 3 working days before our session.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have sent over your floorplan, photos/videos of your space, and any inspirational images you wish to be discussed during the call to Happybeams Interiors via email at least 3 working days before our session.

Following your Consultation Call you will receive a recording of your call to watch back, and within 5 working days you will receive your follow up notes via email which will include useful links and documents, discussed on your call.

When booking a Styling Session with Happybeams Interiors, you will receive an invoice for £250 which needs to be paid in full upfront and is non-refundable.

The focus of our call together will be determined by your answers within your Styling Session Questionnaire. Please ensure you complete this at least 3 working days before our session.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have sent over your key dimensions, photos/videos of your space, and any inspirational images you wish to be discussed during the call to Happybeams Interiors via email at least 3 working days before our session.

Following your Styling Session, within 5 working days you will receive your follow up notes via email which will include your bespoke visual, shopping list & other useful links and documents, discussed on your call.

Applicable to all Mini Packages:

Happybeams Interiors accept no responsibility for any false, unclear or inaccurate measurements provided by the client.

Happybeams Interiors do not accept any responsibility or liability for any incorrect furniture ordered by the client, or furniture that may be the wrong size, wrong colour or arrive damaged.

Happybeams Interiors work on the assumption that all clients check the dimensions of the furniture pieces recommended to them before purchasing. Happybeams Interiors will not accept any liability or responsibility for furniture ordered by the client that isn’t to their satisfaction or needed to be returned.

Happybeams Interiors will endeavour to scale up floorplans provided by the client or the clients contractor to the best of their ability and as accurately as possible. Happybeams Interiors do however require all clients to check these floorplans are accurate and correct before beginning any form of design work such as hiring tradesmen, requesting quotes and purchasing furniture etc.
